Understand and manage P&L infrastructure and analysis for International Business – working with Finance and Commercial Operations to define, build and improve P&L management systems.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and work with the Business Intelligence Team to develop reports and dashboards in Power Bi
Coordinate the implementation of reports and visuals requested on an ad-hoc basis
Understand and analyze business KPIs to determine areas for improvement
Model data and metadata to support ad-hoc and pre-built reporting
Work with the BI Team to design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports, dashboards and analysis in order to drive key business decisions.
Partner closely with Commercial Business Partner and Finance Manager to address business needs for insights and analytics
Drive improvement on data ingestion, transformation and publication to ensure confidence in the systems we build.
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
Generate P&L forecasts from historic data using the appropriate methodologies and software to visualize the results
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of P&L results and forecasting and suggest actions for improvement
Work with the BI team to automate existing excel reports with Power Bi
Be the champion of business analytics and the use of existing reporting tools, specifically Power Bi
Detect areas where there is lack of knowledge and develop training to address those needs.
Document guidelines and procedures to consume existing Power Bi reports/dashboard
Skills required:
Fluent in English
Proven analytical skills (able to perform Trend Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and other statistical analysis)
Strong knowledge of MS-Power BI
Good interpersonal skills, proper written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to present his/her work to senior business leaders
Must have a positive attitude to work with key Business Leaders and to be able to provide and receive feedback as a key element for continuous improvement

Knowledge and Experience required:
Academic background in business, finance, engineering or similar
Must have experience working with operations dashboards and databases
1+ years of experience working with MS-Power BI.
Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint
Must understand business intelligence concepts and how to provide business insights
Knowledge of statistics, forecasting and trend analysis is desired
Knowledge/work experience with salesforce.com is a plus
Project Management knowledge/certification is a plus
Experience in Sales, Finance and/or Operations is an advantage
