Your Role

We are looking for a German Community Manager to be responsible for levering the teams to provide the best customer support in digital channels, optimizing the productivity and results of our teams to achieve the agreed targets. Will also be responsible for the communication with our Client – in the Tobacco Industry – about performance but also business insights. If you are passionate about social media and customer service then, we would like to meet you!

Responsibility

  • Daily and Weekly review of Digital KPIs;
  • Identify and implement actions to reach Service Level with optimized productivity;
  • Provide Social Media data insights;
  • Act as a Point of Contact for questions related to Social Media communications;
  • Implement and maintain processes, staying up-to-date with digital technology trends;
  • Provide ideas and solutions to improve the procedures and tools;
  • Review the performance of the teams across different platforms, identify outliers, and take actions to coach the agents;
  • Ensure optimal knowledge by collaborating with the Quality and Training teams.





Your Profile

  • Native or near-native German speakers;
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level);
  • Experience in contact center and social media customer service;
  • Management, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
  • Achievement orientation and job motivation.
