Customer Service Representative - Baltics - Fluent Latvian Speaker

As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media and strive for first-contact resolution.

What you’ll be doing?
- Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way
- You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
- Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?
- A fluent level of Latvian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Estonian or Lithuania language is a plus
- High level of English (Both written and spoken)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
Benefits
What do we offer?
- Contract: Permanent contract (1-month probation period)
- Part-time: 12 hours/week
- Working days/Hours:
- Monday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM / Tuesday to Friday 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Working days chosen between you and the team (room for flexibility)
- Salary: 423€ estimate per month (salary based on 16,500€ per year)
- Hybrid: Up to2 days in the office (La Sagrera, Barcelona)
- Training: Full-time / 2 weeks
- Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM / Friday 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM
- Start date: 7th of June 2023
