The Delivery Lead will work with Cloud teams, operations, information security, engineering, architects, project managers, and business partners to propose, build and assess the solutions that meet business requirements. The role may include leading delivery teams.


How you will do it

  • Facilitate the development and documentation of Disaster Recovery Plans for applications hosted on Azure/GCP/Oracle and IAAS/legacy data centers

  • Work with Project Managers to define the project plan and coordinate the alignment of dependencies within the project

  • Lead and set standards for technical reviews, peer reviews, and feedback cycles

  • Ensure all the right technical teams have been involved in the planning, design, development, execution and governance of the projects

  • Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate options for solutions and services ensuring external requirements and features are incorporated

  • Coordinate the implementation of disaster recovery plans for production environments hosted in a data center

  • Ensure disaster recovery is included in project planning tools and procedures including all upgrades and life­ cycle refreshes for all hardware and software

  • Coordinate issue tracking and remediation plans following each rehearsal. Validates capacity requirements for disaster recovery rehearsal.

  • Continually reviews performance to determine opportunities for service and cost improvement through the identification and adoption of industry-standard methodologies and innovations


What we look for

Required

  • Experience in IT infrastructure, data center services, or application development

  • 3+ years of Disaster Recovery or Business Resumption Planning experience

  • Superb communication skills and proficiency in English

  • Capability to cooperate with people of various levels inside/ outside of the company and to interact with teams to reach goals and business objectives

  • Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of understanding and lead negotiations

  • Skill to set and agree on goals in consistency with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environments


Preferred

  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other associated technical fields

  • Extensive knowledge of data center Disaster Recovery implementation

  • Understanding Business Continuity is strongly desired

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2500 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
