• Warm calling and telephone sales of National Pen’s products from existing mail orders received
• Grow business by establishing and maintaining deep relationships with customers
• Act as a keep point of contact
• Entering & verify orders accurately on database
• Using consultative sales approach upsell additional National Pen products increasing their order quantity
• Working on projects to increase National Pens revenue from outbound call campaigns
