Group Executive Advisor, English native (F/M)

Our client, a French company and international reference in its B2B sector, is looking for a Group Executive Advisor, English native, to strengthen the company's general management.

Reporting to the CEO of the company (300 people - 7 subsidiaries), you will be responsible for various projects to carry out the Group's strategic development projects. The objective is to consolidate and develop the Group's turnover in line with its values. You will act in the various fields of marketing, sales, HR and legal management, in direct contact with the directors of the 6 Group's subsidiaries around the world.


Strategic Missions:

  • Operational support to the CEO in the organisation and management of the Group,
  • Steering projects to improve the efficiency of the Group's organisations (management and monitoring of their implementation)
  • Carrying out strategic studies requested by management to assist in decision-making (e.g. competitive intelligence to better understand the challenges of tomorrow).
  • Advising the directors of the subsidiaries on matters relating to sales, management, marketing, HR, .
  • To be a driving force in the development of high-stakes projects aimed at strengthening the group's development


Operational missions:

  • Ensure the deployment of marketing action plans and compile feedback from the field (market, product and competition monitoring)
  • Organisation of best practice sharing sessions within the various group businesses.
  • Organisation of group management committees with all subsidiary directors.
  • Interpreting and producing communication materials and reporting on an ad hoc basis
  • Travel abroad to be expected, 8 weeks per year on average

Profile:

  • Higher education in sales / marketing / business management
  • At least 10 years experience in project management or management of a profit centre (BU)
  • Native English or Bilingual level with fluent French, another language is a plus (German, Spanish)
  • Very good analytical skills
  • The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of leadership and diplomacy in order to bring together the various parties involved in the projects.
  • Ability to prioritise according to the issues at stake and the context.
  • Autonomous, persuasive, dynamic and open-minded

  • Rigour and method are also necessary to succeed in the mission
  • From a managerial point of view, the person must be able to combine high standards and kindness, with an ability to federate teams and to delegate.
  • The successful candidate must be able to bring a strategic vision while also working on very operational issues.
  • Good command of IT tools (perfect command of the Office pack and other business software).


Permanent contract based in Tours, Loire valley
