Chase Weston are collaborating with a global operating US manufacturer within the dental industry, and their continued investment into the European Market.

Due to accelerated sales growth, we are pleased to offer a sales focused position to cover the German market.

The successful individual will be required to train, educate and oversee multiple National dealers in the industry, reporting directing into the European Managing Director.

This position will require regular travel, full responsibility for the management of the distribution channel and oversee all Key Opinion Leaders for the organisation.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Sales and business operations within the German market
  • Report directly into the European General Manager
  • Provide extensive training on products, CRM, set up dealer profiles, Marketing and Media plan, Forecasts, Power sales YTD, marketing measures and budgets.
  • Full market responsibility for the success of KOL’s, Trade shows, University partnerships and product marketing campaigns for the region
  • Attend regular meetings/lecturers/events with 20+ university contracts Nationally
  • Execute full TTT program with all branches of sub-dealers
  • Manage an established dealer network, setting KPI's and sales targets for all partners
  • Lead hands on courses and first contact with DSO’s within each area
  • Clear understanding of dealer management and how to motivate them effectively
  • Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns following extensive research and market analysis.
  • Support local dealer reps with product demonstrations and pricing strategies when required.
  • Attend all major trade shows, congresses and exhibitions to promote the company brand and maintain an excellent reputation.
  • Responsible for presenting and lecturing in targeted Universities to grow future business development.
  • Build an excellent rapport with sales managers and key partners.
  • Drive continued revenue growth through increasing existing and new channel awareness.
  • Work autonomously and secure new Key accounts and distribution partners.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree Educated.
  • Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience within the German Market.
  • Experienced working for/with an established Dental manufacturer.
  • Fluently in English & German is essential.
  • Ability to work remotely and open to regular travel.
