About the job role:

As an Operations Manager, you will guarantee customer relationship quality by ensuring that all the defined objectives are achieved, in response to the expectations of the client. You will lead a team of Senior Team Leaders and develop the team's skills. You will also oversee the production support.

As an Operations Manager, you will:
  • Analyze project results and define the necessary action plans
  • Ensure quality/customer demands efficiently
  • Guarantee respect of procedure and quality standards (ISO, NF345, LRS) on the project
  • Manage turn over and absenteeism and put in place necessary action plans
  • Ensure the availability of production means (material, tools, technical resources) and human resources
  • Ensure the reporting requirements of the project
  • Prepare and lead production/steering committees and customer visits
  • Performance of multiple tasks inherent to team management
