We're looking for a Strategic Sales director to own, develop, and grow a highly profitable pipeline and manage the complete sales process from origin to closure for our Contact Centre Business.

While remaining true to the core principles of solutions selling and high value return, our Strategic Sales Director will leverage their deep understanding of the sales process and established key relationships to secure new business as well as cultivate and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders.



The role:


  • In this role, you will hit the ground running and take over the leadership and development of a small sales team to quickly create a short-term plan to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Simultaneously, you'll start building medium and longer-term strategic roadmap for growth in line with the company's values, to improve the overall profitability of CPM ICC
  • You will sell business process services and solutions that solve client needs, ensuring at the same time that the voice of our customers is understood, and that client expectations are considered in the long-term planning of our business.
  • We're looking for someone who can create, promote, and share a compelling future vision for our prospective clients on how CPM can partner them for success.
  • You'll be tasked also with building a high performing sales team that manages all stages of the sales process and nourish a culture of success which aligns with CPM's vision. Together, you'll develop and maintain key contacts for long term commercial success, and building a robust pipeline for future revenue streams.

Requirements



The skills and experience we're looking for:

  • A clear and sustained track record operating in a New Business Development role in an Outsourcing/Shared Service/BPO environment.
  • Deep understanding of contact centre solutions, technologies, and operating practices
  • Proven success leading sales teams, and achieving new revenue objectives year on year
  • Significant experience with pricing strategies
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • An energetic, hands-on and personable team player who is also comfortable working independently.
  • Exceptionally well organised and adept at short, medium, and long-term planning
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English, C2 Level both written and verbal communication
  • High degree of computer literacy, including expert knowledge of MS office, HubSpot and/or other relevant CRM/Sales solutions

  • You have a pedigree managing financial deals which exceed €millions per annum.
  • You can also manage a complex P&L and have a full understanding of the cost of sales.
  • You provide factual and accurate reports (including live status report), assessments, forecasts and reports, including live status report, allowing the company to make decisive and informed decisions.
  • Your negotiation style is reliable, trustworthy, and robust yet adaptable to client needs.
  • You are a decisive but a balanced decision maker, always factoring the bigger picture to ensure we are set up for success.
  • You take people with you. While assertive, you secure the correct buy in.
