What You'll be Doing :

As a Solution Management Coordinator, you will be in charge of timely, accountable and accurate coordination and execution of the administrative parts of the complaint management process within commercial and consumer EMEA CRT, payments validation, follow-up and control, warranty extension and order as per request. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

On a typical day, you'll :

  • Execute Tech Protect buybacks and reimbursements;
  • Submit wholesaler orders;
  • Document costs related to the above mentioned wholesaler orders;
  • Process weekly warranty extensions for Customer Relations Team (CRT) complaints;
  • Communicate with country Customer Relations Team leads and subregional managers;
  • Validation and approval of TechProtect buybacks and reimbursements requested by all EMEA CRTs;
  • Attend monthly Customer Relations Team calls;.
