Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3-year degree of EU studies, International Studies, Political Science.
Advanced level of English, Portuguese and Finnish;
Proven interest in European policies and developments (such as proven knowledge of European Institutions, participation in Erasmus program or other European programs, work or study related to translations,)
Critical thinker, proactive, innovative, hands-on, and solution-focused approach;
Ability to handle stress and communicate clearly on complex matters;
Organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
Your day in Conectys:
You will answer directly to phone-calls or chats;
You will draft replies to email inquiries;
You will identify sensitive/complex inquiries and transfer them to second-line Support Services;
You will communicate in an easy-to-understand, jargon-free language about all aspects of the European Union;
You will deal with citizens and businesses in a professional, friendly, service-oriented manner.
