We are looking for a Software Developer

As Cloud Developer Specialist you will be responsible of providing outstanding support for Google Cloud Platform products and gather feedback to help improve the Cloud Platform products.

You will be working with:

- Resolving client's technical issues
- Help companies to create their applications and programs
- Advising the best solutions to reach their objectives
- Development and improvement of platforms
- Training and meeting s with client

Requirements

You bring to the table:

- You are fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1) both written and spoken
- Previous experience as Developer
- Familiar with web protocols (HTTP, TLS, SSL etc)
- Firm understanding of programming (Python or Java)
- Background in SQL
- Ability to read and understand logs and stack traces.
- Ability to research using internal knowledge bases and public facing documentation (Google Developers, StackOverflow..)
- Familiarity with modern API technologies (OAuth, HTTP RPCs).
- Able to work with rotating shifts Monday till Sunday.
- European citizenship or work permit in Spain

These qualifications will be a plus:

- Experience with Cloud products (App Engine, Amazon AWS or similar) is a plus.
- Coding ability in Go, PHP
- Familiarity with modern API technologies (OAuth, HTTP RPCs)
- Ability to write a regexp to grep logs with this stack trace or an error message is also a plus.
- Familiarity with parallel/distributed computing is a plus (NoSQL DB, Mapreduce framework).
- Experience in technical support: familiarity with, case prioritization, SLA compliance and quality (preferred but not required).



We offer

- Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 18:00, Friday 09:00 - 15:00
- Salary: 38.000 euros gross/year
