Plan training actions, according to production demands, and enforce it;
Make sure the training actions are well guided and the procedures respected (equipment, training rooms)
Know the pedagogical methods and stimulating techniques to apply;
Communicate any dysfunctions, recurrences and recommend outlines of improvement.
Respect and set up the measuring methods of the training actions' impact with the hierarchy of educated employees;
Use the techniques known to build simple sequences while respecting a pedagogical logic;
Use and Design training contents based on the identified needs;
Profile :
Native or Proficient German (C2)
Fluency in English (B2/C1)
Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
Good knowledge on Microsoft tools: focus on Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
Professional experience in training and development area (training planification, communication, organization, contents development, follow up of the training efficiency and impact on KPI’s)
Holder of CAP/ CCP certificate is a plus
