Webhelp University Trainer – German Speaker job in Lisbon at Webhelp Portugal

• Plan training actions, according to production demands, and enforce it;
• Make sure the training actions are well guided and the procedures respected (equipment, training rooms)
• Know the pedagogical methods and stimulating techniques to apply;
• Communicate any dysfunctions, recurrences and recommend outlines of improvement.
• Respect and set up the measuring methods of the training actions' impact with the hierarchy of educated employees;
• Use the techniques known to build simple sequences while respecting a pedagogical logic;
• Use and Design training contents based on the identified needs;

• Native or Proficient German (C2)
• Fluency in English (B2/C1)
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Good knowledge on Microsoft tools: focus on Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
• Professional experience in training and development area (training planification, communication, organization, contents development, follow up of the training efficiency and impact on KPI’s)
• Holder of CAP/ CCP certificate is a plus
