The position:

Reporting to our Brand Campaign Specialist and working closely with other teams within our marketing department, our ideal candidate should be relatively new to marketing, but anxious to start learning and growing in a creative marketing role. You should be excited about the idea of assisting the creation and execution of corporate marketing campaigns. You will assist the Sr. Brand Manager, Brand Campaign Specialist and Content Manger in developing creative content for weekly email campaigns, social media, advertisements, websites, sales collateral, packaging, and other forms of digital and print creative marketing material that help us share our brand story.

Responsibilities include:

  • Corporate Marketing Campaigns: Assist the Brand Campaign Specialist developing creative content for our global marketing campaigns which includes emails, social media, flyers, mailings, catalogues, advertisements and much more. You will also support the Brand Campaign Specialist while working alongside the regional marketing teams as well as the creative department to support these initiatives.
  • Corporate Brand Communication: Help the Brand Campaign Specialist and Content Manager coordinating promotional and communicational plan for the launches of new products and special projects and assist in the preparation of corporate marketing material that takes our vision to the customers.
  • Administrative Support: Helping organize translations, posting to the blog and social media library, facilitate delivery of project assets to the proper teams and other support tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years’ professional experience working in a marketing role or some combination of relevant work, internship, and educational experiences. 
  • Possesses a strong understanding of marketing principals and the role a content and marketing team plays in an organization.
  • Experience in managing projects and your time effectively and to solve problems and think/work independently. You should possess excellent organization skills and have a high attention to detail.
  • Must be able to communicate in written and spoken English with a high level of proficiency. Must be comfortable working with projects written in French, German and Italian.
  • Well-developed written skills and willingness to communicate with other members of the team or different departments within the company is required.
  • You must have a great attitude and willingness to learn quickly!
  • You see yourself as creative and you must have a positive attitude and open mind.
  • Demonstratable knowledge of social media platforms and how creative content is used for each channel—Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter. Working experience or internships are a plus.
  • Experienced in using email marketing software, social media scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office for business applications. Working with excel to manipulate data is a plus.
  • Experience in the Promotional Products Industry is a HUGE advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
