Your role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll work directly with clients through email, chat, phone, and social media channels to offer personalized solutions as well as supporting boutiques with all their queries.

You will help create the customer experience and deliver exceptional support.

Hours and Benefits:

-Full-time (39 hours/week) and permanent contract.
-Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00
-Salary: 16.732,21 Euros gross/year + up to 1200 Euros gross/year in bonus
- Start date: Immediate
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*

- You are native level speaker in Slovak and Czech
- You are intermediate in English or Spanish
