In that context, we are looking for a Go-to-market Lead for DACH.

What You Will Do:

You will be responsible for leading all go to market efforts, i.e. campaign management, channel alignment, improving new customer acquisition and net bookings' growth. You will partner with all Acquisition and Brand channels, Website experience, Voice of the customer and Product teams to deliver outstanding promotional strategy and conversion optimization while safeguarding customer experience.

In more details, she/he will:

  • Lead and develop the DACH go-to-market team and be responsible for the promotional DACH strategy (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), i.e. driving net bookings while ensuring brand equity
  • Define our customer campaign calendar in close collaboration with our international creative team
  • Own key central initiatives (e.g. conversion rate improvements) to improve business performance with close interaction with the DACH senior leadership team
  • Develop reports to measure campaign efficiency and generate data insights to further improve our go-to-market efforts
  • Apply agile practices (e.g. daily stands, weekly sprint planning) to orchestrate the cross functional DACH acquisition team (i.e. paid search, organic search, email, affiliate, site merchandise teams) for maximum campaign performance
  • Collaborate with key customer partners; CARE (Customer Service & Design services), product and site merchandising teams to identify business opportunities and drive customer experience improvements.
  • Your Qualifications and skills:

  • 5-8 years in Ecommerce with broad experience in acquisition and brand channels.
  • Experience working in e-commerce companies with strong commercial targets (e.g. Amazon, Spotify, Netflix, FlixBus).
  • Excellent project management skills and demonstrated experience of leading cross functional teams to success.
  • Experience across matrixed organizations with central resources and decentralized targets.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or similar.
