CPM International is a global leader in contact centre and digital marketing solutions with a proven track record of increasing sales and brand awareness for our clients.

We're currently looking for an HR Assistant to join our international HR Team in Barcelona.

This is an internship role aimed at people currently studying a degree in Labour Relations in a Catalan University. We also consider students of a Law degree, so long as they have a Labour Law specialization, or previous HR internship experience.



As an HR Assistant, you will:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the HR department:
  • Compile and update employee records and documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver contracts (new hires, contract renewals, extensions or changes) and other HR related documents such as sick leaves, IRPF forms, etc
  • Manage Social Security movements in the CASIA system
  • Manage employee HR-related queries according to internal procedures as well as the applicable labour law regulations
  • To provide support to other HR procedures as required

Requirements

  • Studying Labour Relations in a Catalan university
  • Able to make an internship agreement with your university.
  • Living in Barcelona, or within commuting distance
  • Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Organizational skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Experience is a plus but not a requirement. You do need to be motivated though, and a fast learner !

Benefits

  • Internship contract with your university. The duration will depend¡ on how many hours can you use, and the salary will be the one stipulated by your University for this type of contract
  • Schedule: Full time, 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday - the schedule will be some weeks working 8am to 4pm, and other weeks working 9am to 6pm
  • Hybrid working model: once concluded your initial training, you will be able to work from the office 2 days per week, and from home the rest of days
