Anyone who is in love in foreign languages? Can you speak fluently English and German OR French OR Dutch? Are you detail-oriented problem-solver? Do others know you as someone who can communicate clearly? Yes, yes and yes? Then apply for our position of a Business Support Specialist!
We are looking for candidates with a customer-centric approach, who can solve complex issues with clear and professional approach. We are interested in fresh graduates as well as candidates with experience.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Supporting customers regarding their inquiries
- Solving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building a strong and trusting relationship with customers
- Strive for process improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and German OR French OR Dutch (both spoken and written)
- Customer-oriented approach and presentable behavior
- Experience in customer service or logistics is a great advantage
- Positive problem-solving approach
