As a Senior Digital Sales Representative with Ukrainian and English in Krakow, Poland, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
• Consult for medium sized businesses via phone in relation to their existing digital advertising campaigns with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business
• Advice about optimization based on analyzed data and upsell with additional Google products. Influence different stakeholders, especially those with strong marketing presence within the company
• Work in a target driven environment with individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing the Google Ads customer base across the region
• Work in a team and create unique customer experiences while actively affecting the digital marketing environment

What You Bring to the Role
• Fluent or native level of Ukrainian (language of the market) and CEFR level B2 (Upper intermediate) in English
• 3 Years of experience in B2B sales, advertising, account management, marketing or consulting
• Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, compliance, customer satisfaction and other targets
• Experience working with CRM system
• Analytical and creative mindset, ability to solve problems

Would be an asset to have :
• Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing
• Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques (i.e. effective questioning, objection handling, and consultative selling)
• Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy
• Demonstrated business acumen, and ability to develop strategic narratives, thought leadership skills, and industry specific expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic
