Your Role

As part of our team you will provide commerce assistance to customers, identifying and driving program efficiency across multiple billing platforms. Responsibility

  • Provide financial support for Office 365 users;
  • Clarify queries regarding invoices;
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by foreseeing possible questions that the customer may have;
  • Establish strong and trustworthy relationships with customers;
  • Answer and resolve inquiries from LATAM customers in LATAM time zones.







Your Profile

  • Fluent in Spanish;
  • Advanced written English skills (minimum B2);
  • Previous experience with e-commerce and billing platforms; 
  • Problem-solving mentality;
  • Time management skills;
  • Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers.
