Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian (near native level)
Good command of English (B2+)
Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
Advanced internet research skills
Hardware and software Medium to advanced knowledge.
Prior experience in technical support will be considered as an advantage
Minimum 1 Year experience in Customer Service / Fulfilment
Excellent listening skills Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish Confident, adaptable & Empathetic
Soft skills imperative combined with IT technical knowledge
Positive & Flexible attitude
Good stamina in dealing with frustrated customer
Minimum of 2 years of computer experience and computer skills
Advanced knowledge of hardware and software
Basic Skills in working with CRM Tools such as Salesforce or similar
Self-Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting technical issues
Proficiency in PC usage
Call Centre experience will be preferred
