Brief overview of Role:

Support, qualify and track incoming leads to achieve clients goals on the sourcing stream

Accountabilities:

WHAT WOULD YOUR MISSIONS BE?

- Prospecting small and medium business (less than 20 points of sale)
- Determine client's needs and offer them the best solutions
- Manage the first contact: from prospecting to passing on the customers details to the sales team of our client for closing with an average sales cycle from 2 to 3 days.
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure our customers' experience

What we offer

- Permanent contract
- Full time position (39 hrs/week)
- Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 18:00
- Salary 21.000 euros gross/year + 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus
- Start date: Immediate
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*

Requirement

- You are a French native speaker.
- You also have a high level of English
- You had your first experience in B2B sales by phone.
- You are interested in selling a product with a strong added value potential for your clients
- You feel comfortable within the different steps of the exchange with your clients (discovery, argumenta-tion, dealing with objections, closing...)
- You are rigorous and dynamic in the organization and the realisation of com-mercial actions.
- You are familiar with informatic tools (CRM, Gsuite...)
