We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide advice and support to customers from the dental industry, go above and beyond customer expectations and provide an outstanding customer service experience. This role handles a complex variety of tasks, the main accountabilities involve:

Responsibilities/Tasks
  • Being responsible for different aspects of order management (processing, monitoring, follow-up)
  • Communication with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure that orders are placed correctly and on time
  • Communicating with customers regarding order status updates
  • Providing additional information regarding products, additional services, and similar
  • Resolve any potential customer issues and troubleshooting problems, provide appropriate solutions
  • Processing returns or exchanges based on customer requests or company policies
  • Establishing and managing positive relationships with customers
  • Updating customer records and maintaining several CRM systems
  • Working in collaboration with other departments
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies


Requirements


Most important experience and qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience is desired (ideally from a medical or similar environment)
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Dutch language
  • Proficient computer skills including the MS Office Package
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is considered an advantage
