We look for a target oriented and sales driven individual with strong communication skills. Sounds like YOU? Then YOU are ready to be a part of our team responsible for generation of sales opportunities through hunting, prospecting, and cold calling to promote healthcare product solutions and services.

What your day will look like:

- Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
- Qualification of outbound and inbound leads to generating consistent sales opportunities for field sales representatives.
- Identify leads and conduct lead management, manage qualification of the leads based on BANT framework and deliver good quality data to sales department, transform unqualified leads into qualified.
- Use of CRM tool (Salesforce) to report daily activity which includes efficient opportunities management through hunting, prospecting and cold calling
- Cooperate with country team members to support planned activities, manage leads handover and follow-up on opportunities.

- Proactively approach given list of accounts/prospects and win them over
- Present products and services in a clear and polite manner
- Handle objections and pass through them to generate sales opportunity
- Track, manage and report created, disqualified and transferred leads
- Achieve quota target monthly
- Efficiently handle email commercial correspondence

- Salary conditions: 18.000 euros gross annual base salary + up to 4.000 euros gross/year.
- Full time, 39 hours/week.

What you will bring to the role:

- Native level speaker of German
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in telemarketing / sales
- Self-organization and time management skills
- Great communication skills and professional self confidence
- Ability to work towards both long- and short-term objectives
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry (desirably)
