Our client is an international expert in extraordinary customer experience solutions and collaborates with many world-famous brands.

They are now looking for a French Customer Advisor to join their ambitious team in sunny Lisbon or Porto.

  • Base salary: 850 €
  • Global Performance System: 120 €

Our selection.

  • Native/ advanced level of French (C2)
  • Intermediate level of English (B2)
  • Remote work requires a high-speed Internet Service with a basic landline telephone service
  • For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required

The job :

As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Provide first contact resolutions to customer queries regarding Freestyle Libre and other glucose meter devices
  • Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication
  • Provide information regarding purchasing procedures, orders' tracking, and deliveries
  • Build a meaningful relationship, answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Create an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of
  • Be responsible to follow the direction of the management and provide feedback
