German Speaking Team Leader IT-IS

As a Team Leader your main goal is:
● Lead a service desk team, which provides first-level IT support to the customer
● Coordinate the operational tasks on a daily basis
● Follow up on existing tickets and escalate unresolved cases to relevant support teams
● Keep SLA’s and help the team to achieve the target KPI’s
● Run and analyze operational reports
● Ticket analysis and reporting
● Understand quality requirements and aspects of the account and work according to those regulations
● Perform technical trainings and update training materials
● Learn and implement new technologies, tools, processes, and policies if required
● Document and share best practices with other colleagues
● Facilitate knowledge transfer whenever needed

The key requirements for the role are:
● A high school diploma
● Speak German and English on a business level
● Good understanding of the functionality of Microsoft Operating Systems
● Prior experience in the IT field as a Service Desk Analyst (minimum 2 years), as well as, minimum of 2 years of experience in people management
… and main advantages would be:
● Previous Team Leader experience
● Advanced technical understanding of Microsoft applications and/or Business technology (Windows, Office, SFB, Outlook, O365, ActDir, SAP, CRM, ERP, etc.)
● Technically competent with PC/LAN architecture
● Thorough knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP
Contract type: full time, indefinite
Working hours: 40 hours/week in various shifts
Legal requirements: The candidate needs to be currently eligible to work in Hungary
