Content Moderator (French Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as Content Moderator will be:
- Reviewing content (videos, image, text, and audio) in accordance with policies
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
- Ensuring user and brand safety
- Able to provide services on a 24/7 shift rotationDisclaimer: please note that these tasks involve extensive exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography and fake news.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- You have a fluent level of French + a good level on English
- You are looking for a job opportunity abroad

- Participate in community-based outreach events
- Creating and posting community content

- Coordinate quarterly community outreach tracking and reporting
- Identify and follow hot trends in the community
- Communicate across various channels to address the community
- Engage in community outreach for the asthma education program
- Manage, grow, and engage the social community
- Provide help and feedback about online community conversations and contribute to the development of community strategy and policy
- Implementing special community outreach projects
- Conduct a social media flash mob on twitter
- Develop programs to actively integrate community service into the center learning strategies and to involve students in national community service events
- Accompany and drive consumers into the community for programs
- Work proactively with volunteers, grant seekers, grant partners, community organizations and community leaders to fulfill responsibilities
