Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Role: German Customer Service Advisor

Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1383 + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week between Monday - Friday 08:30 – 17:00

Relocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m


The Company

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit German Customer Service Advisors.

The Role

As a German Customer Service Advisor you will represent a well-known insurance company. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat and will answer qeneral quiries in regards to insurance policies, provide information, update customer details on policies and make changes where needed. This is a versatile role where you will also have a lot of back office administration duties.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English
  • Previous Customer service or administration experience desired
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task 

Salary and benefits

Competitive monthly gross salary of   basic gross p/m Euro 1383 + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher.  Fully paid training is provided. A relocation package is offered for those relocating from outside Portugal which includes: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m.

  • Maintain customer order books in line with customer expectation
  • Answering incoming calls from customers, assisting with accounts
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in order to exceed customer's expectations and to minimize escalations by taking ownership of customer reported issues
  • Ensure customer expectation are understood
  • Meet the customer's needs and exceed the targets set by management
  • Provide a customer centric service to end clients by answering incoming calls and emails and providing the best customer experience
  • Serve as the front-line of customer service by interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries regarding products and services
  • Arise, sometimes dealing with complaints from waitlist clients
  • Improve quality of products and customer satisfaction
  • Retain customers through identifying customer concerns and selling the value of client products and services
  • Providing customers with relevant, accurate information on products and services
  • Compare, and reports related financial data
  • Provide a higher level of service to commercial and platinum customers by engaging other departments on behalf of the customer to help resolve the customer's trouble
  • Automating as many service needs for customers and work with Product
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to optimize the program
  • Providing world-class customer service in an inbound call center while fielding customer inquiries and resolution needs
  • Combine technical expertise, sales skills, and customer service skills to provide a streamlined customer experience and increase participation in relevant energy programs
  • Share knowledge and strive to make the customer's experience
  • Delivering a superior service experience and enhanced product value to each of customers
  • Account for additional services if requested by the customer
