CRM Manager, Malta JID:8878
Our client, a well stablished gaming provider, is looking for CRM Manager, to work based in Malta.
Responsibilities:
· Brief in campaigns including: send-outs of emails, SMS, OMS and other content types for various brands and Markets.
· Assist in writing and localising copy for marketing and promotional materials.
· Cross check with all stakeholders to ensure all details are available for execution.
· Work with content management system (CMS) to upload banners and banner copies on site
· Communication creations and send outs.
· Setup Bonuses using back office tools for targeted marketing promotions.
· Request and handle customer lists and ensure correct segmentation.
· Launch and test promotions on multiple devices.
· Establish a good communication with the customer support team.
· Report on communication and campaign performance.
· Constant lookup for processes / campaigns / tools optimisation.
· Ensure timely and flawless quality on all tasks handle.
· Keep monitoring and improving our automated flows across devices, brands and markets to optimize our user experience.
· Ensuring that the Customer Service Team and all project stakeholders are kept fully up to date with all upcoming campaigns and promotions.
· Monitoring industry trends and providing competitor analysis where relevant.
· Be involved in our new team members training
Requirements:
· Highly reliable and organised.
· Detailed orientated with a keen interest for optimisation.
· Organised and Autonomous.
· A positive and can-do attitude, Problem-solving and flexibility capabilities.
· Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines.
· Excellent communication and collaboration team working skills.
· Excited to learn and contribute to a successful team.
· Good command of written and spoken English.
· iGaming experience is a mandatory requirement.
