Detailed Description:
The jobholder will be reporting to the Shared Project Services Manager and will be supporting
the deployment cycle phase, primarily responsible for handling installation, administrative and troubleshooting tasks.
Minimum Experience
+3 Years of Experience

● Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
● Strong collaborator with a ‘’can-do’’ attitude and passion for excellence.
● Configuring both devices and digital solutions in a network environment.
● Providing support to installation / ongoing support of our devices and solution.
Skill set
● Experience in technical customer support.
● Ability to work on tight deadlines.
● Be a go getter and be willing to take on any challenge.
● Detailed, focused, and well-organized; able to handle multiple projects at hand.
● Network, software, and hardware troubleshooting skills.
● Microsoft Office/PC literacy and keyboard proficiency.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Educational Qualifications● Bachelor’s Degree or education in any discipline.
Language Requirements
● Fluency in English and French (Mandatory).
