Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to provide personalized support and solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, using problem-solving skills and effective communication.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and communicative in English.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable using various computer programs and applications.

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
