Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent language skills (at least C1) in German language, both spoken and written
  • Very good PC skills 
  • Availability to work on shifts 
  • A previous experience in Customer Service or similar business is a beneficial (B2B)

    • Resolve consumer issues and complaints by identifying the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution
    • Establish a customer relationship with consumers
