We are seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a Training Specialist with Arabic. If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you! To facilitate the New Hire Program, teaching complicated technical information, customer service, policy and procedures, company culture, and practical skills to new employees in the classroom and out on the production floor.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Classroom and Ranch curriculum for new hires
- Provide on-the-spot training, coaching and developmental feedback to each employee in the class
- Partner with Supervisors to ensure a seamless transition to the operations team. This includes summarizing developmental strengths and opportunities for each individual internet consultant.
- Communicate with operations supervisor in the first 90 days to assist in development gaps
- Provide feedback and create curriculum to enhance the onboarding experience. This includes eLearning and ILT materials for onboarding. Coordinate projects with the Course Owner for onboarding
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of classroom training experience
- Previous experience in Content Moderation is an advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts (or experience in Arts, Creative writing, Content moderation, Journalism)
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English
- Certification - ASTD or DDI
- Strong understanding and application of Adult Learning Theories
- Preferred Training or Facilitation
- Ability to determine the best course of action for a variety of customer issues in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong facilitation, training, and presentation skills
