Key responsibilities:

  • Relationship with customers.

  • Outbound calls.

  • Provide general information about the products.

  • To support customers with reservations and booking management.

  • Creating a good first impression providing them a great experience.

Required skills:

  • Professional experience in tourism sales.
  • Verbal and written native level in French.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Sales techniques knowledge.
  • Excellent communicative skills.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Must have a valid NIE number.
