  • Finnish & English fluent
  • Experience in product support (Field and / or remote support) for IT industry
  • Ability to communicate with empathy.
  • Strong abilities towards SLA compliance.
  • Strong technical support capabilities on IT products / devices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or education in any discipline.
  • Industry stand certificate – Comp TIA A+ (Preferred but not required)
  • Experience on Multi-functional printers are an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong remote configuration and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Good documentation skills.
Offer

Available upon request. Please note however this is a Portuguese contract therefore based on Portuguese living costs, so therefore 2-3 times more than the national average is to be expected within the package. Initial reimbursement of moving costs may be refunded.

DKR are working with a leading Infra organisation as they onboard a new team member to their Nordic Tech Support dept. Relocation is essential. 

  • Provide remote technical support to Enterprise printer customers:
    • Receive direct client contacts (e.g., via phone, video chat, web portal, email),
    • triage, and provide remote client assistance to solve the issue directly if possible,
    • within SLAs.
    • Redirect calls to field engineering support if a field support visit is required.
    • Escalate to Escalation Support team (Tier 3) as required.
  • Use knowledge base effectively to resolve tickets and, also, contribute with new articles for knowledge base.
