Our client, leading company based in Bucharest, is looking for an online dealer to join their teams.
Your will have the opportunity to work in friendly environment presenting casino games and engaging with customers.
Responsibilities
- Be “the face” of the Company delivering expert knowledge and superior gaming quality
- Represent and maintain the brand by consistently adhering to the Company’s presentation and grooming policy
- Present all games in the required professional manner, always showcasing exceptional presenting skills in line with the Company’s performance expectations.
- Engage players and immerse them in the live dealer experience
- Maintain a professional level of technical proficiency in all games with the ability to always remain fully aware of your performance and ensure compliance with the brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Native knowledge of Indonesian language and fluent English.
- Eligible to work.
- Not previous experience needed, training will be provided.
- Exceptional presenting skills.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude with an outgoing personality.
- Must be able to maintain high energy levels for the duration of games that require a more animated performance.
- Flexibility of working hours and must be willing to work on a shift pattern which includes nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy, discipline, and discretion.
- Adhere to specific rules related to dress code and appearance.

- Reviewing/enabling standard system processes with dealer and completing dealer project billing
- Ensure a copy of the dealer invoice
- Ensure the accuracy of data within the dealer database and dealer files with regards to claims
- Assist with dealer flooring inspections as necessary/li
- Establish, maintain, and enhance dealer relationships
- Providing best-in-class customer service to dealer customers
- Organize electronic filing system of dealer agreements and reports
- Develop references through existing dealers and dealer contacts and coordinate ongoing training and technical support needs of the dealer customer
- Build rapport and solidify dealer relationship to increase loan portfolio
- Perform daily responsibilities to ensure high levels of dealer and customer satisfaction
- Perform all required tasks for development, servicing and expanding dealer relationships
- Maintaining dealer relationships and following up on approved Loan Application
- Participating in implementation projects, working toward project milestones and coordinating activities with dealers
- Reviewing/enabling standard system processes with dealer, and completing dealer project billing
- Maintain dealer database with dealer updates and input new records from multiple sources including sales reps, literature fulfillment, incentive programs, external call centers, web site
- Ensure that vehicle identification numbers and stock number of each vehicle match paperwork
- Ensure a copy of the dealer invoice
- Wax and/or masking materials to preserve, protect, and restore vehicle's interiors and exteriors
- Create high quality Nissan dealer group level reports and presentations for department manager for presentation to dealer groups and Nissan Executives
- Resolve logistical and systems interface issues and ensure accurate processing of physical shipments and electronic data transactions
