German speaking Account Manager - Inside Sales

LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting an Account Manager or Inside Sales Executive for their client, a global technology company.
A great opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Account Manager with German to manage relationships with existing business clients while providing hands on support to sales management.
Main duties:
- Manage relationships with key international clients accounts in the technology sector
- Quote and negotiate prices, process orders and ensure smooth delivery processes
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders including logistics, marketing, warehouse, and finance
- Maintain close contact with clients to provide product information and customer service
- Support Business Development Managers with onboarding new clients
- Collaborate with the administrative department to resolve returns orders
- Occasional travel to customer sites and exhibitions
Profile:
- Fluency in German & English both written and spoken
- English both written and spoken
- Excellent phone, email, and social media skills
- Experience in either customer service or account management in a B2B or B2C environment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with an interest in technology
