Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a French, Spanish, German or Italian speaker to join the credit control team of an international company located in the Northwest London area.
We will consider an accounts receivable administrator, AR Clerk, billing analyst, or credit controller for this vacancy as well as recent graduates with some office experience and good numeracy skills.
Key duties of the Credit Controller:
- Upload invoices to client’s portal,
- Manage customer and internal queries,
- Investigate and resolve any Account issues,
- Collect outstanding payments and reconcile clients’ accounts,
- Allocate payment, process credit notes & refunds,
- Provide credit checks for new and existing business clients.
Skills required:
- Fluency in English as well as Spanish, German, Italian or French
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Organised, confident and persistent
- Good numeracy skills
- Previous experience in credit control or accountancy
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot and lookup tables essential)
