As a Members Support Agent, you become a part of the Global Member Relations digital and operations department.

About the job

In order to increase the support to our client's farmer owners (members) a dedicated team in Gdansk has been created two years ago. The main responsibilities of an Agent are to provide timely and effective front-line and operational support to the 8500+ farmer owners in 7 European countries (Denmark, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium and The Netherlands). The team is part of a global digital and operations department.

Specifically, you will:

  • proactively handle farmers' inquiries on a daily basis providing quality, accurate and timely support
  • maintain master data
  • monitor milk quality results and collaborate with other departments and companies (i.e. laboratories, logistics)
  • verify documentation based on established guidelines and standards
  • support administration of quality assurance programs connected with sustainable farming
  • establish a strong relationship and trust with our farmers
  • build our knowledge library and create how to guides
  • handle ad hoc tasks on a daily basis

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)
  • fluency in Danish (both written and spoken)
  • advanced level of English (speaking and writing)
  • excellent problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of individuals
  • exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for building and maintaining relationships
  • attention to detail, self-motivation, and great organizational skills
  • ability to identify process improvements
  • experience in dealing with documentation verification
  • experience with CRM system
  • experience in the customer service field would be a huge advantage
  • experience in projects based on lean management will be a plus
