Client Service specialist with French, Italian or Spanish

Based in North-West London - easily accessible from Wembley, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Amersham, Uxbridge, Hemel Hempstead, Harrow, Milton Keynes area
Main Duties:
- Facilitate seamless communication among diverse stakeholders throughout the service process.
- Initiate and dispatch service requests promptly, ensuring efficient corrective repairs and preventive maintenance work orders.
- Initiate service requests promptly, dispatching corrective repairs and preventative maintenance work orders in an efficient manner.
- Manage invoicing for service interventions and manage any disputes that may arise.
- Investigate stock discrepancies thoroughly and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and commercial partners, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
Client Service specialist - Profile:
- Fluency in English and French, Italian or Spanish spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines
- Great attention to details and problem-solving mind-set
- Confident user of MS Office skills and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
