We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Operations Support - (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role
As an Operations Support on our team, you will:
- Check and manage NON delivered orders / Wholesaler stock control / Wholesaler expiration control
- Check WS monthly report vs SAP Angelini report and send to KAM
- Manage in SAP file of open quantities and send the report to the KAM
- Build necessary reports in order to analyze all the information and send to KAM, TRADE and FLM
- Receive charges notification from client / Check with KAM / Manage BPE process
- REPs/FLMs support in BPE Process start and Follow Up
- Trade/FLM's Follow Up querys support
- BW Query Updates and send to ALL: FLM + PM + KAM + TRADE + BUM (SAP BW)
- Promotional Plans Follow Up
- Number of clients x brand by brand
- Build necessary querys for Reports&measurement actions promotional plan
- Follow up ZATYs
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish
- Have previous experience in sales and/or customer service type of roles, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Massive Consumption industry
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office package and SAP
- Are organized and have attention to detail skills, good communication and customer service skills
