Your responsibilities and impact as a Hotel Representative:
- Be the friendly face welcoming guests at the hotel, representing the company
- Provide personalized on-site advice and assistance to guests
- Offer and promote products and services tailored to guests' needs (uncapped commission potential)
- Coordinate individual travel plans and assist with booking adjustments
- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction throughout their stay
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- Proficiency in German (C1) and strong English skills (B2+)
- Eagerness to travel, experience diverse cultures, and collaborate with international colleagues
- Openness to living in Turkey's renowned holiday hotspots (Izmir or Antalya)
- Passion for the tourism industry and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to relocate within Turkey
- Possession of a Turkish passport or Turkish work permit and Mavi Card
- Valid driver's license
