Qualifications:

As Customer Service, your role, along with your team, is to handle customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Via phone, email, and chat, you can assist customers in solving problems with their products and follow up until a resolution is reached. You are customer-service-oriented, can always maintain professionalism, and can stay calm in stressful situations.

You speak fluent Norwegian and have a good command of English. Good computer skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service and/or IT support Ability to work shifts Ability to move to Athens – and a desire to stay for at least one year.
