Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service Representative will be:
- Responding to incoming inquiries via phone and chat (questions about costs, returns, purchase assistance, etc.)
- Identifying issues and providing effective solutions in an empathetic manner
- Accurately recording customer data in the CRM system
- Being a team player and collaborating for the team's success and project goals
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to excel in this role:
- Fluency in Dutch with a good level of English
- Positivity, flexibility, and strong empathy
- Ability to work with desktop and internet programs
- Readiness to adapt and switch quickly between various situations
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center is valued
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required
