What you’ll do:

As a Multilingual Contact Center Representative,

• You’ ll have the opportunity to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Handle inbound calls/emails/chat with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Resolve inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

What we are looking for:

• Fluent in English and native or near native in Hungarian
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiar with technology
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required
