This role is supporting customers in the German market who have purchased automobiles. This could be with servicing, appointments, roadside assistance, general queries or the companies own in-car mobility communication/GPS. As the second largest purchase most people will make (the largest is buying a home), customers naturally expect a high level of customer service from this luxury brand. So applicants should have a positive, helpful attitude, excellent communication skills, good problem solving skills as well as good general technical level.

C1 Fluency in German and good level of English (B2) is required. Residency in Portugal is essential.
