Your challenge
Your day to day role will be to assist business customers. You will be responsible for problem identification, investigation, and resolution, both over the phone and through web-based channels.
Your daily tasks will combine technical expertise, fostering effective communication, and
maintaining a service focussed approach. You'll also have the opportunity to specialise in specific areas.
Your resume
Applicants should have a positive attitude and have strong general technical skills. Here’s the rest;
- Fluency in Czech and good standard of English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner, confident and adaptable
- You should be an EU passport holder or already have a residency permit in Portugal
