What you'll be doing at Webhelp

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor for a major coffee brand, you will:



    • Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) in an interactive and user-friendly manner

    • Attract potential customers by promoting products and services; suggest products and services tailored to customer needs

    • Handle and manage inquiries in a timely manner

    • Contribute to the development of customer loyalty



We'll be a great match if you: 



    • Have a high level of French (written and oral)

    • Can communicate easily and confidently

    • Demonstrate empathy and ability to propose appropriate and effective solutions

    • Desire to develop soft skills in a professional environment

    • Are proactive, results-oriented, motivated and able to work in a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment
