What you'll be doing at Webhelp

As a German-Speaking Fraud Prevention Advisor, you will:

• Contact third parties abroad by telephone and/or e-mail in order to verify their payment information.

• Manage incoming calls and emails

• Treat all data with extreme confidentiality

• Meet and exceed contractual goals

We'll be a great match if you:

• Have a high level of German (written and oral) and good knowledge of English

• Have previous experience as a customer consultant

• Have Analytical ability and are comfortable with hardware/software tools

• Have confidence, are rigorous and have team spirit
