What you'll be doing at Webhelp

As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor for Pharmaceutical Application, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical app's features, functionalities, and capabilities.

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients using the pharmaceutical app.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer engagements.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

We'll be a great match if you: 

• Have a high level of German (written and oral) C1

• Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit

• Are familiar with Backoffice tasks

• Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service

• You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
